BELLS HANGING NEAR OR ON THE DOOR....GREAT FOR TRAINING PUPPIES!

Step 1. Take puppy quietly from crate.....CARRY PUPPY TO BELLS ON DOOR

Step 2. Teach puppy to hit bells (help puppy to hit bells with their paw) while pup hits bells.....say..."Potty Spot, Potty Spot" (THIS IS THE ONLY TIME YOU SPEAK)

Step 3. Carry puppy quietly to the designated "Potty Spot" (If you have children that share a yard with the puppy, having a designated "Potty Spot" is a great idea for everyone in the family!)

Step 4. Put puppy down in the Potty Spot....Quietly wait....and wait....and wait!

Step 5. PUPPY GOES POTTY! .....SPEAK....."SAY GOOD POTTY SPOT"....REWARD THE PUPPY WITH EITHER A SMALL TREAT OR BETTER YET....GIVE THE PUPPY A GOOD PATTING...WHILE REPEATING "GOOD POTTY SPOT,GOOD POTTY SPOT!"

STEP 6. NOW BE QUIET AGAIN!....wait....and wait....and wait somemore.....Puppies have to go the other (#1 or #2...whatever they have yet to do)

Step 7.

Step 8. Go Play with your Puppy!!!!! Speak kindly and playfully to your puppy!!!!

Now the hard part to all this training!

Step1. Everyone in the family has to do the same routine! No one should have their own plan ....even if different from above.....EVERYONE IN THE FAMILY SHOULD WORK AS A TEAM TO POTTY TRAIN AS WELL TRAIN THEIR PUPPY TO BE A GOOD PUPPY.

STEP 2. This is a hard one...If the puppy does not go potty; the new puppy should go back in its crate for 10 min...NOT STAY OUT AND PLAY Then try starting at step 1 again in 10 min. Repeat until the puppy goes to the potty Then reward the puppy with

Playtime.

BEST ADVISE: NO MATTER THE SIZE OF THE CRATEADJUST TO MAKE SMALLER. PUPPY SHOULD ONLY HAVE ENOUGH ROOM TO COMFORTABLY TURN AROUND AND LIE DOWN.

ONCE THE PUPPY IS COMPLETELY TRAINED, EITHER REMOVE CRATE OR MAKE CRATE BIGGER.............HAPPY DOODLING!

***NEVER PUT FOOD OR WATER OR ANY CHOKEABLE TOYS IN CRATE WITH YOUR PUPPY

Welcome
